AI Sessions (ai.zainaliamz.com) is run by VirtualIn LLC, a company registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain language.

What we collect

• Session bookings: your name, email, and optionally your phone or WhatsApp number and Instagram handle, your AI experience level, what you want help with, and whether you're happy to appear on camera.
• Gift orders: your email, the names you enter, your description of the gift, the note on the unwrap screen, and the page Claude creates.
• Course waitlist: your email, name and interest.
• Visits: we count page views per day and which website sent the visitor (for example instagram.com). We don't use tracking cookies and we don't store IP addresses. To stop spam, we keep a one-way scrambled code made from your network address that can't be turned back into the address.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to your payment details.

Who processes your data for us

• Cloudflare hosts the website and stores our database.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Anthropic (Claude) receives your gift description to build the gift page.
• Telegram delivers booking and order alerts to the organiser.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts used on these pages.

Photos and video

Sessions are recorded for Instagram. We only show you on camera if you said yes when booking. You can change your mind at any time and we will keep you out of future content.

Gift pages

A gift page can be opened by anyone who has its link. Don't put information in your gift that you wouldn't want the recipient, or anyone they share it with, to see.

How long we keep it and your choices

We keep booking and order details for as long as we run the sessions and the gift service. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time, and we will do it.
